Ernie Torain

Mr. Torain is responsible for all aspects of Aeris’ legal function.

He has over 30 years of experience as a transactional lawyer in private practice and in-house roles, providing counsel to a variety of manufacturing verticals while working for a diversified global manufacturing company. He also gained meaningful exposure to the healthcare, higher education, and technology industries while working for a global professional services firm. Ernie has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College. Ernie is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Economic Club of Chicago and a member of the executive committee of the Chicago Botanic Garden board of directors.
